Acceptance was performed. Participating experts agreed that the project had completed the project contract requirements and passed the acceptance.
Traditional coating products are difficult to cure below 5 ° C. The main problem is that the formed paint film is not easy to dry. This is a practical problem that has plagued engineering construction units for many years. In particular, there are many petrochemical and shipbuilding companies in Northeast China. The average start and end time for temperatures below 5 ° C totals more than 150 days. And the cold winter caused great problems in construction.
High-solids, low-temperature, and quick-drying supporting coatings developed by Tianjin Meishibang Coating Chemical Co., Ltd. can be rapidly cured and dried to form low-temperature and extremely low-temperature drying supporting coatings at 5 ° C to -10 ° C, including primers, intermediate paints, and finishes paint.
The characteristics of the product are: high solids, low temperature, fast drying. Its coating film thickness and low VOC content meet the requirements of environmentally friendly coatings. Our products can be completely dried for 10 hours at low temperature, which greatly saves man-hours and improves construction efficiency. In particular, it solves the problem of short coating construction season in northeast China. Can be widely used in petroleum, petrochemical and marine anticorrosion engineering fields. At the same time, by improving the anticorrosive performance of the product, saving metal materials such as steel and resources.
This project is the 2015 R & D of special functional materials in the field of new materials, which is mainly supported by the industrial funding projects of Beichen District in 2015.
The ancillary products are made of epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate paint and polyurethane paint. The subject starts with the improvement of coating film-forming substances. Through screening and comparison of different types of main resins and curing agents, taking the main resin as a breakthrough, research on curing accelerators with different structures and other additives, successfully solving the traditional two-component resin coating Difficulties of curing above 5 ° C. At the same time, the subject has conducted a detailed study on the high solidification of the coating to reduce the number of coating lanes and VOC emissions during construction. Through the selection of additives, the key issues such as construction performance and storage stability of the coating are solved, and sagging, pinholes and dark bubbles in the coating construction are solved.
Various performance indicators meet the technical standards of GB / T 6748-2008 marine antirust paint, HG / T-4566-2013 epoxy primer, JT / T 722-2008 anticorrosive coating technology for highway bridge steel structures.
Primer: By introducing more reactive reactive groups into the molecular structure of the resin, the coating can still have good low-temperature drying properties at -5 ° C, and the cured product has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, which can be recovered in 12 hours. The topcoat is barrier-free and does not contain small molecules of free amines, which will not affect the compatibility with the topcoat.
In today's coatings market, the development of coatings products faces double challenges, both to develop and produce environmentally friendly products with low VOC content, and to optimize coatings performance / price. Traditional epoxy coating products have been used in the industry for decades. New technologies should be used to improve the defects of traditional coating products, reduce the VOC content, and achieve high solids, low temperature and fast drying.
